This policy applies to all products sold by Runback Industries, including but not limited to:
No Returns for Change of Mind. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection by the customer, no longer needing the product, or dissatisfaction due to personal preference. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
All Pest Control Products – Non-Returnable Once Opened. For safety, hygiene, contamination control, and regulatory compliance reasons, all pest control products — whether organic or non-organic — are strictly non-returnable once delivered and opened. This includes snake repellents, rat repellents, lizard repellents, insecticides, and all other pest management products.
Opened or Used Products. Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or partially consumed are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund unless found to be defective at the time of delivery.

After verification, Runback Industries will arrange a full replacement at no additional cost. Customers will not be charged any shipping fees for approved replacement claims. Refunds are generally not issued where a replacement can be provided.
Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances where a replacement product cannot be supplied, or where Runback Industries approves a refund at its sole discretion. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or via UPI/GPay, and typically takes 5–7 business days after approval.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Runback Industries reserves the right to reject claims that contain false or misleading information, lack sufficient evidence, or show signs of product misuse, tampering, or abuse.
As pest control and cleaning product performance may vary depending on environmental conditions, application methods, infestation levels, and user practices, Runback Industries does not guarantee identical results in every situation.
